摘要
采用固相萃取法分离固体废物试样中的Be、As、Se、Cd、Cu、Zn、Ba、Cr、Ni和Pb等10种金属离子,并用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪和电感耦合等离子质谱仪对被分离样品进行了测定.实验表明:当样品溶液的pH约为1时,各元素在SCX/PSA比例为60/40填料上达到定量吸附;使用3 mL浓度为3 mol/L的硝酸可将吸附的离子洗脱完毕;填料的吸附容量为0.28 mmol(Cu)/g 填料;该方案应用于生活垃圾飞灰和炉渣中Be、As、Se、Cd、Cu、Zn、Ba、Cr、Ni和Pb等10种元素的测定,结果满足标准要求.
Abstract
Ten metallic ions including Be,As,Se,Cd,Cu,Zn,Ba,Cr,Ni,and Pb in the solid waste samples were separated by Solid phase extraction columns,and tested by an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.Results showed that:the solution pH value was about 1,each element could be quantitatively recovered on the packing material;Metallic ions could be eluted using 3 mL of 3 mol/L nitric acid.The adsorption capacity of the packing material is 0.28mmol(Cu)/g dry packing material.This method was applied to MSWI Fly Ash Solidification Wastes and MSW incinerator residue,testing 10 elements including Be,As,Se,Cd,Cu,Zn,Ba,Cr,Ni and Pb,and the results meet the standard requirements.
