Preparation and Characterization of Graphene@ZSM-5 Composite Materials
A phosphorus modified graphene was prepared by agitational dispersion of a suspension mixed proportionally with phosphate and graphene oxide gel(GO).Graphene@ZSM-5 composite materials with enclosed structure are synthesized by the hydrothermal crystallization method, modified graphene, templating agent, aluminum source, silicon source mixed. The structure and morphology of the Graphene@ZSM-5 composite were investigated by X-ray diffraction,IR,TG/TGA and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result shows that ZSM-5 is evenly interspersed on the surface of GO sheets, which can effectively avoid the stacking of GO sheets. After calcination at high temperature, the Graphene@ZSM-5 maintains the arrangement of graphene, which is characterized by the crystal structure and morphology of ZSM-5.This provides a new idea for the preparation of graphene composites.
