石墨烯@ZSM-5复合材料的制备与表征

为了制备一种氧化石墨烯与ZSM-5分子筛的复合材料,对氧化石墨烯(GO)表面进行磷酸盐改性得到GOPPN,将其与模板剂预混合,加入硅源得到前驱液,水热法反应过程中加入铝源,制备了ZSM-5包覆在GOPPN表面的复合材料(GOPPN@ZSM-5).采用XRD、IR、SEM、TG/TGA研究了石墨烯@ZSM-5复合材料的形貌与结构特征.测试表明,ZSM-5分子筛均匀地分布在氧化石墨烯片层表面,有效阻止了GO片层的相互堆积,经高温焙烧后,石墨烯@ZSM-5复合分子筛维持原有石墨烯的表面排布形态,表现为ZSM-5的晶型结构和形貌特征.这为石墨烯复合材料的制备提供了新思路.
Preparation and Characterization of Graphene@ZSM-5 Composite Materials
A phosphorus modified graphene was prepared by agitational dispersion of a suspension mixed proportionally with phosphate and graphene oxide gel(GO).Graphene@ZSM-5 composite materials with enclosed structure are synthesized by the hydrothermal crystallization method,modified graphene,templating agent,aluminum source,silicon source mixed.The structure and morphology of the Graphene@ZSM-5 composite were investigated by X-ray diffraction,IR,TG/TGA and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result shows that ZSM-5 is evenly interspersed on the surface of GO sheets,which can effectively avoid the stacking of GO sheets.After calcination at high temperature,the Graphene@ZSM-5 maintains the arrangement of graphene,which is characterized by the crystal structure and morphology of ZSM-5.This provides a new idea for the preparation of graphene composites.
