Research on Resource Recycling Technology of Concentrated Liquid from High-Salt Mine Wastewater
The concentrated liquid of high-salt mine wastewater was treated by the process of removing silicon precipitation-sodium sulfate three-effect evaporation, freezing crystallization and sodium chloride single-effect evaporation of salt. The results showed that the Na2SO4 produced met the Class Ⅱ salt first-class standard in GB/T 6009-2014"Industrial anhydrous Sodium Sulfate",and the purity was>98%.The produced sodium chloride meets the secondary standard of refined industrial salt and industrial dry salt in GB/T 5462-2015"Industrial Salt"standard, with a purity of>97.5%.The process can complete the last step of resource utilization of high salt mine wastewater with relatively high concentration of inorganic impurities and sulfate, and effectively ensure the quality of by-products.
