高盐矿井废水浓缩液资源化工艺探究

选用除硅沉淀-硫酸钠三效蒸发-冷冻结晶-氯化钠单效蒸发出盐的工艺处理高盐矿井废水浓缩液.结果表明,按照《工业无水硫酸钠》(GB/T 6009-2014)标准检测分析,本系统副产工业硫酸钠满足其标准中Ⅱ类盐一等品要求,产品纯度>98%;按照《工业盐》(GB/T 5462-2015)标准检测分析,本系统副产工业氯化钠满足其标准中精制工业盐工业干盐二级要求,产品纯度>97.5%.本工艺能够完成对无机杂质及硫酸根浓度相对较高的高盐矿井废水的资源化利用的最后一步,且有效保证副产物品质.
Research on Resource Recycling Technology of Concentrated Liquid from High-Salt Mine Wastewater
The concentrated liquid of high-salt mine wastewater was treated by the process of removing silicon precipitation-sodium sulfate three-effect evaporation,freezing crystallization and sodium chloride single-effect evaporation of salt.The results showed that the Na2SO4 produced met the Class Ⅱ salt first-class standard in GB/T 6009-2014"Industrial anhydrous Sodium Sulfate",and the purity was>98%.The produced sodium chloride meets the secondary standard of refined industrial salt and industrial dry salt in GB/T 5462-2015"Industrial Salt"standard,with a purity of>97.5%.The process can complete the last step of resource utilization of high salt mine wastewater with relatively high concentration of inorganic impurities and sulfate,and effectively ensure the quality of by-products.
