Experience Introduction of Replacing Gas Pipelines with Saturators Without Stopping Production
The recovery area of the coking operation department of Ansteel is responsible for gas purification and transportation.The gas produced by the coke oven is purified and processed through multiple processes before it can be supplied to subsequent users.Among them,the ammonium sulfate process is responsible for removing ammonia nitrogen from the gas.Due to the use of the saturator method to produce ammonium sulfate,the gas after passing through the saturator will inevitably carry a small amount of ammonium sulfate mother liquor,causing pitting corrosion in the gas pipeline.Considering the long cycle and wide impact of replacing gas pipelines during shutdown,this article mainly discusses how to compare the feasibility and advantages of various replacement schemes under non shutdown conditions.
