Design and Experimental Study of Glass Solidification Process for Two-Step Cold Crucible High-Level Radioactive Waste
This article explores the process design and bench validation experimental research of two-step cold crucible glass solidification technology in the treatment of high-level radioactive waste.Firstly,the principle and process steps of this technology were introduced,and the influence of key process parameters on high-level radioactive waste was analyzed.With the goal of maximizing the containment of radioactive nuclides,process design was carried out for melting temperature,melting time,applicable formula,etc.The key factors affecting the glass solidification process of two-step cold crucible high-level radioactive waste were studied and analyzed.In the section of bench validation test research,the two-step cold crucible high-level radioactive waste glass solidification simulation liquid test scheme was introduced,and the preliminary test verification results were analyzed and discussed.The direction of process optimization was summarized and analyzed,emphasizing the technological innovation points and advantages of this technology,and proposing the challenges and improvement directions it faces.
