Strategy Design for Rural Water Pollution Control Based on Public Goods and Collaborative Governance
Water is one of the important resources for human survival,but in the social development,people ignore the protection of water resources.In order to solve the problem of rural water pollution control,the present situation of rural water pollution in Zunyi city of Guizhou Province was discussed,and the problems in the existing control measures were pointed out.Take the theory of public goods and the theory of collaborative governance as the guiding ideology,the study gives countermeasures and suggestions for rural water pollution from three aspects:governance capacity,governance mechanism and governance pattern.The results showed that the content of major pollutants in the water system was reduced,and the pollution of more than 90%of the water system samples was improved.The research is of great significance to water resources management,ecological protection and the promotion of sustainable development.
