Application of HAZOP Analysis in Hazard Analysis and Protection Measures Setting in Hydrogen Peroxide Storage Tank Area
HAZOP(hazard and operability analysis)is a qualitative risk analysis method that includes identifying potential deviations from design objectives,analyzing their possible causes,and evaluating corresponding consequences.It is mainly used in the basic engineering design and detailed engineering design stages of engineering design.This article takes hydrogen peroxide storage tanks as an example to address the shortcomings in node division,deviation determination,operation,and safety measures,which play an important guiding role in the safe operation and operation of hydrogen peroxide storage tanks.
