摘要

精细化工过程控制技术作为现代化学工业的技术手段之一,可通过先进的控制系统和方法,精确控制化学反应条件,保证生产过程稳定、提高生产效率.旨在深入分析精细化工控制技术的技术组成,明确当前精细化工控制技术所面临的困难与挑战.并针对其技术发展趋势提出相应观点,以为精细化工过程控制技术的高效应用给予理论支撑.

Abstract

As one of the technical means of modern chemical industry,fine chemical process control technology can control the chemical reaction condition accurately through advanced control system and method,so as to ensure the production process stability and improve the production efficiency.The aim of this paper is to analyze the technical composition of fine chemical control technology and clarify the difficulties and challenges faced by the current fine chemical control technology.In view of its technical development trend,the corresponding views are put forward to provide theoretical support for the efficient application of fine chemical process control technology.
