环己烷氧化合成环己酮工业侧线项目采用先进氧化工艺,成功实现环己烷向环己酮高效转化.通过实验研究和工业侧线实施,优化反应条件,提高产品收率和选择性,确保生产过程安全与环保.项目鉴定结果表明,该技术具有显著的经济效益和市场竞争力,为环己酮工业化生产提供新途径.
Abstract
The industrial side line project of cyclohexane oxidation to cyclohexanone has successfully achieved efficient conversion from cyclohexane to cyclohexanone using advanced oxidation process.Through experimental research and industrial side line implementation,the reaction conditions are optimized,the product yield and selectivity are improved,and the production process is safe and environmental protection is ensured.The results of project evaluation show that the technology has significant economic benefits and market competitiveness,and provides a new way for industrial production of cyclohexanone.
