化工防腐中高分子化工材料的运用分析

摘要
在化工行业的产品生产过程中,化工机械设备常因材料与使用环境的影响而出现化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、生物腐蚀等腐蚀情况,降低整体生产效率.为进一步提高化工防腐效果,保障行业生产,通过深入分析目前化工机械设备常见的腐蚀类型,并阐述化工防腐中常用的化工材料.最后,从涂层保护、结构加固、密封和衬里等方面,总结了化工防腐中高分子化工材料的具体应用路径,以再次验证其在化工防腐中的应用效果,提高化工产业机械防腐性能.
Abstract
In the process of product production,chemical machinery and equipment in the chemical industry are often affected by materials and the use environment,and often have chemical corrosion,electrochemical corrosion,biological corrosion and other corrosion,which reduces the overall production efficiency.In order to further improve the effect of chemical anti-corrosion work and ensure the production of the industry.Through an in-depth analysis of the common corrosion types of chemical machinery and equipment,and the chemical materials commonly used in chemical anti-corrosion,this paper finally proposes to summarize the specific application path of polymer chemical materials in chemical anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion from the aspects of coating protection,structural reinforcement,sealing and lining,so as to once again confirm the application effect of polymer chemical materials in chemical anti-corrosion and improve the anti-corrosion performance of machinery in the chemical industry.
