摘要

为了使得硫磺回收装置的SO2尾气排放达标,采取在尾气焚烧炉后增加后碱洗系统处理尾气设施,对其工艺原理和流程进行了简述.由于在原硫磺回收装置增加后碱洗系统,布置占地紧张,通过项目布置方案比较,对硫磺回收后碱洗系统设备及管道布置进行了优化设计.

Abstract

In order to ensure that the SO2 tail gas emissions from the sulfur recovery unit meet the standards,an alkali washing system is added after the tail gas incinerator to treat the tail gas.This article briefly describes the process principle and process flow.Due to the addition of an alkali washing system in the original sulfur recovery unit,the layout space is tight.This article compares the project layout schemes and optimizes the equipment and pipeline layout of the alkali washing system after sulfur recovery.
