摘要

氧氯化法生产二氯乙烷是一种常用的工艺技术,通过研究该过程中的关键参数和操作条件,分析其对产品质量和产率的影响.实验结果表明,适宜的温度、乙烯浓度和反应时间不仅能提高二氯乙烷产率,而且能同时保持较高的产品纯度.此外,还探讨了氧氯化法生产二氯乙烷过程中可能出现的副反应和环境污染问题,并提出相应的解决方案.通过优化工艺参数和改进操作条件,能有效提高二氯乙烷的生产效率,降低能耗,并减少对环境的污染.因此,氧氯化法生产二氯乙烷是一种具有潜力的工艺技术,在工业生产中具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract

Oxychlorination is a commonly used process technology for producing dichloroethane.This article analyzes the impact of key parameters and operating conditions on product quality and yield by studying the process.The experimental results indicate that suitable temperature,ethylene concentration,and reaction time can increase the yield of dichloroethane while maintaining a high product purity.In addition,this study also explores the potential side reactions and environmental pollution issues that may occur during the production of dichloroethane by the oxychloride method,and proposes corresponding solutions.By optimizing process parameters and improving operating conditions,the production efficiency of dichloroethane can be effectively improved,energy consumption can be reduced,and environmental pollution can be reduced.Therefore,the production of dichloroethane by the oxychloride method is a promising process technology with broad application prospects in industrial production.
