Research on the Application of Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying Technology in Fine Chemical Industry
In the development process of fine chemical industry,dense phase pneumatic conveying technology has become a key technology to improve the efficiency and safety of material handling due to its unique application characteristics.However,traditional conveyor systems face problems such as low efficiency and high energy consumption when processing fine chemical raw materials.In response to this challenge,research has focused on the development of new dense phase transmitter components,the application of ball mixers and their specific case studies in the fine chemical industry.Significant improvements in conveying efficiency and reduced energy consumption were achieved through improved conveying concepts,including the optimization of the feeding,air intake and conveying processes of the sending tank,as well as the structural and functional characteristics of the ball mixer.The specific application case analysis shows the effectiveness of the technical transformation scheme in improving the efficiency of the raw material metering and conveying process and optimizing the pneumatic conveying design.In addition,through the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the conveyed materials and the optimization of the components of the sending tank,the stability and reliability of the conveying process are ensured,thereby improving the overall performance of material handling in the fine chemical industry.
