摘要

以某输气管道项目为基础,利用TGNET工艺模拟软件,建立氢气管道、天然气管道模型,分别对管线阀门不关闭、管线阀门关闭两种工况氢气、天然气管道泄漏进行模拟分析,并对两者进行对比分析,得到了氢气管道、天然气管道发生泄漏后泄漏点、气源及分输用户在压力、峰值流量、累积流量的不同变化规律,用于指导氢气管道的泄漏检测与预警设计.

Abstract

This article is based on a certain gas pipeline project and uses TGNET process simulation software to establish hydrogen pipeline and natural gas pipeline models.The hydrogen and natural gas pipeline leaks are simulated and analyzed under two working conditions:the pipeline valve is not closed and the pipeline valve is closed.A comparative analysis is conducted between them,and derived the leakage points,gas source,and distribution users under pressure,peak flow rate are obtained The different variation patterns of cumulative traffic.Used to guide the leakage detection and early warning design of hydrogen pipelines.
