摘要

聚乳酸(PLA)是一种新型绿色友好材料,是熔融沉积(FDM)3D打印成型技术中使用最多的原材料之一,但价格较高、耐热性差、韧性差等缺陷在一定程度上制约了它在3D打印领域的应用与发展.为克服此不足,国内学者开展了大量的植物纤维与 PLA复合并将其应用于 FDM 3D 打印领域的研究.对此方面的研究进展进行综述,并对植物纤维/PLA复合材料在 3D 打印领域的未来进行了展望.

Abstract

Polylactic acid(PLA)is a new type of green and friendly material,which is one of the most commonly used raw materials in fused deposition(FDM)3D printing technology.However,its high price,poor heat resistance,and poor toughness have to some extent hindered its application and development in the field of 3D printing.To overcome this deficiency,domestic scholars have conducted extensive research on the composite of plant fibers and PLA and their application in the field of FDM 3D printing.This article provides a review of the research progress in this area and looks forward to the future of plant fiber/PLA composite materials in the field of 3D printing.
