摘要
燃煤电厂氨法脱硫工艺中氯离子的危害极大,正确监测氯离子浓度对设备腐蚀预防起到了重要作用,从氯离子的危害、来源、过程检测和预防控制几个方面描述氯离子的全生命周期过程,进而有效地提高设备使用寿命,达到稳定生产过程.
Abstract
The chloride ion in ammonia desulfurization process of coal-fired power plant is very harmful,and the correct monitoring of chloride ion concentration plays an important role in corrosion prevention of equipment,this paper describes the whole life-cycle process of chlorine ion from its harm,source,process detection and preventive control,so as to effectively improve the service life of equipment and achieve a stable production process.
