摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(简称CTAB)为插层剂,制备了有机改性蒙脱土,并用红外光谱进行表征.得到的改性蒙脱土与聚丙烯复合,并以十氢萘为溶剂,通过简单的溶剂法制备了蒙脱土复合聚丙烯薄膜,薄膜厚度40~70 μm左右,并且具有较好的透明性.
Abstract
In this study,organically modified montmorillonite was prepared using hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as an intercalating agent,and characterize by infrared spectroscopy.The modified montmorillonite was then compounded with polypropylene,and montmorillonite composite polypropylene films were prepared by a simple solvent method,using decahydronaphthalene as the solvent.The resulting films had a thickness of approximately 40-70 μm and exhibited good transparency.
