Research on Safety Risk Assessment and Optimization Strategy in Fine Chemical Production Process
In this study,the safety risks existing in the process of fine chemical production were deeply discussed.Given that the industry involves complex chemical reactions and high-risk operations,this paper begins with a comprehensive identification of safety risks and a systematic assessment using assessment methods such as HAZOP,FMEA,and FTA.In order to further improve the accuracy and efficiency of the assessment,this paper proposes optimization strategies using quantitative risk assessment models,advanced simulation techniques,real-time monitoring and dynamic assessment,as well as cloud computing and big data technologies.These strategies not only enhance the accuracy of risk prediction,but also realize the real-time and dynamic nature of risk management.This paper aims to provide scientific safety management guidance for the fine chemical industry,so as to reduce the risk of accidents,ensure the continuous safety of production,and promote the steady development of the industry.
