Application of Thermodynamic ΔGθ-T Diagram in Roasting Operation of Chemical Beneficiation
Thermodynamics is an important component of physical chemistry courses,which can be used to calculate changes in system energy and determine whether a reaction can occur under given conditions.The teaching and learning of physical chemistry courses in mineral processing engineering should closely revolve around the basic theories,methods,and tools of thermodynamics,combined with the advantages of regional mineral resources,and proficiently master the principles and usage methods of thermodynamic ΔGθ-T diagram.Combined with examples of resource processing and utilization such as iron ore,bauxite,coal gangue,and potassium rich shale,the applications of ΔGθ-T diagram in solving practical engineering problems on roasting operation.
