Investigation of the Impact of Blade Coating Parameters on the Quality of Methylammonium-Free Perovskite Films
Through systematic optimization of wind pressure and coating speed, the quality of perovskite films was regulated, resulting in the preparation of FA0.9Cs0.1PbI3 perovskite films and devices. The study indicates that both wind pressure and coating speed have significant impacts on the thickness of the films, with higher wind pressure notably improving the coverage of films.Under the optimal coating parameters, the crystalline quality of the films is effectively enhanced, leading to a device photoelectric conversion efficiency of 19.72%.
