摘要

通过对风压大小和刮涂速度进行系统优化,调控钙钛矿薄膜质量,制备了FA0.9Cs0.1PbI3钙钛矿薄膜和器件.研究表明,风压大小和刮涂速度对薄膜厚度均有较大影响,较大的风压可以明显提高钙钛矿薄膜的覆盖率.最佳刮涂参数下薄膜的结晶质量得到有效提高,器件光电转换效率达到19.72%.

Abstract

Through systematic optimization of wind pressure and coating speed,the quality of perovskite films was regulated,resulting in the preparation of FA0.9Cs0.1PbI3 perovskite films and devices.The study indicates that both wind pressure and coating speed have significant impacts on the thickness of the films,with higher wind pressure notably improving the coverage of films.Under the optimal coating parameters,the crystalline quality of the films is effectively enhanced,leading to a device photoelectric conversion efficiency of 19.72%.
