磷石膏中SO3含量不同检测方法的研究

为探寻一种检测磷石膏中SO3含量结果准确性高,检测速度快的检测方法.该研究以滤盘石膏为研究对象,采用重量法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、结晶水换算法、X射线荧光分析法和全自动分析系统法进行SO3含量分析,以各方法的精密度、准确度、加标回收、分析时长为考察指标.结果表明:①作为SO3基准方法的重量法的精密度最优,全自动分析法次之,ICP检测法最差;②全自动分析法的准确度最优,重量法略低,ICP法最差;③重量法的加标回收实验结果最优,ICP法最差;④全自动分析法的检测速度最快,自动化程度最高.综上认为,全自动分析法进行磷石膏中SO3含量分析,其分析数据准确可靠,分析时间最短,自动化程度最高,该方法为解决磷石膏中SO3含量检测提供了新的思路,同时也能更好地满足快速检测磷石膏样品中三氧化硫含量的需求.
Research on Different Detection Methods for SO3 Content in Phosphogypsum
To explore a detection method with high accuracy and fast detection speed for detecting SO3 content in phosphogypsum.This study focuses on the analysis of SO3 content in filter gypsum using weight method,inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy,crystal water exchange algorithm,X-ray fluorescence analysis,and fully automated analysis system method.The precision,accuracy,spiked recovery,and analysis time of each method are used as the evaluation indicators.The key findings are as follows:① The weight method,as the SO3 benchmark method,has the best precision,followed by the fully automated analysis method,and the ICP detection method is the worst;②The accuracy of the fully automated analysis method is the best,the weight method is slightly lower,and the ICP method is the worst;③The weight method showed the best results in the spiked recovery experiment,while the ICP method had the worst results;④The fully automated analysis method has the fastest detection speed and the highest degree of automation.In summary,The fully automatic analysis method is used to analyze the SO3 content in phosphogypsum,which has accurate and reliable analysis data,the shortest analysis time,and the highest degree of automation.This method provides a new idea for detecting the SO3 content in phosphogypsum,and can also better meet the needs of rapid detection of sulfur trioxide content in phosphogypsum samples.
