Research on the Application of Slot Control Technology in Aluminum Electrolysis Production
This paper mainly discusses the application of groove control technology in aluminum electrolysis production.The working principle of slot controller and the problems existing in traditional control technology are introduced in detail,and the advantages of aluminum electrolysis production process and slot controller technology are analyzed.At the same time,the application of slot control technology in aluminum electrolysis production is described,including data acquisition,parameter control and adjustment.Through case analysis and experimental results,the effectiveness and feasibility of the slot controller technology are verified.This study will provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for aluminum electrolysis production,and promote process optimization and automatic control system design.
