常减压蒸馏装置加热炉的优化控制分析

主加热炉是石油化工常见的设备,是常减压蒸馏装置重要的供热设备,也是能耗消耗最高的设备之一.分析加热炉热效率过低的原因,通过科学的方式进行优化处理,可以有效的燃料充分燃烧,提高加热炉热效率,降低对环境产生的不良影响.基于此,以某石化加热炉为例,分析了常减压蒸馏装置加热炉的问题,探究了优化措施与手段,以供参考.
Optimization Control Analysis of Furnace in Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Plant
The heating furnace is a common equipment in petrochemical industry,is an important heating equipment of atmospheric and vacuum distillation device,and is one of the equipment with the highest energy consumption.Analyzing the reasons for the low thermal efficiency of the heating furnace,through the scientific way of optimization treatment,can effectively fuel fully combustion,improve the heating furnace thermal efficiency,reduce the adverse effects on the environment.Based on this,the article takes a petrochemical heating furnace as an example,analyzes the problems of the heating furnace of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation device,and explores the optimization measures and means for reference.
