摘要
仪器分析实验课程是化学相关专业的必修课程,课程内容多且操作复杂,具有实践性和应用性强的特点.在"双一流"建设的大背景下,本教学团队创新教学模式,以项目"采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定四种市售葛根芩连片中葛根素含量"为中心,设计教学方案,引起学生兴趣,激发学生的学习自主性,能够将理论付诸实践,为培养学生的科研素质和专业技能夯实基础.
Abstract
Instrumental Analysis Experiment Course is a compulsory course for chemistry-related majors,with a wide range of content and complex operations,and strong practicality and applicability.Under the background of"double first-class"construction,our teaching team innovated the teaching mode,focusing on the project"Determination of Puerarin Content in Four Commercial Gegen Qinlian Tablets by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)".We designed a teaching plan to arouse students'interest,stimulate their learning autonomy,and enable them to put theory into practice,laying a solid foundation for cultivating their scientific research quality and professional skills.
