针对混酸焙烧烟气低温、超高浓度NOx的特点,可采用"GGH+燃烧器+循环+SCR"的脱硝工艺,并结合Aspen Plus软件,进行物料和热量衡算.设计工况下,GGH的冷流体温升为120~155℃,烟气的循环倍率为1.5~2.5.低负荷时采用天然气补热,高负荷时采用助燃风降温,控制 SCR入口温度为260~280℃确保催化剂的活性,SCR出口温度<430℃避免催化剂失活.最终,设计和指导了某混酸焙烧烟气SCR项目,并到达预期效果.
SCR Design and Application of Stainless Steel Pickling Roasting Flue Gas with Aspen Plus Simulation
The denitrification process of"GGH+burner+circulation+SCR"was adopted,and the material and heat balance was carried out in combination with Aspen Plus software,according to the characteristics of low temperature and ultra-high concentration NOx of flue gas from the mixed acid roasting.Firstly,the temperature rise of GGH cold flow is 120-155℃,and the circulation ratio of flue gas is 1.5-2.5 under the design working condition.Secondly,the natural gas is used for heat supplement in the condition of low working load,and the combustion air is used for cooling under high operating load.In addition,the inlet temperature of SCR is controlled at 260-280℃to ensure catalyst activity,and the outlet temperature of SCR is controlled below 430℃to avoid catalyst deactivation.Finally,a mixed acid roasting flue gas SCR project was designed and directed,and the expected effect was obtained.
