摘要
化工聚合过程控制对实时性、安全性和智能化提出了极高要求.提出了一种基于DCS的智能控制系统,采用3层控制架构,融合多种先进控制算法,实现了关键工艺参数的精确控制和多目标优化.实验结果表明,系统在控制性能、安全保障、故障诊断及优化效果等方面均有出色表现,可为类似工程提供可资借鉴的技术方案.
Abstract
Chemical polymerization process control puts forward high requirements for real-time,safety and intelligence.In this paper,an intelligent control system based on DCS is proposed,which adopts three-layer control architecture and integrates many advanced control algorithms to realize precise control and multi-objective optimization of key process parameters.The experimental results show that the system has excellent performance in control performance,safety guarantee,fault diagnosis and optimization effect,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
