摘要

在钙钛矿太阳能电池的构造中,钙钛矿活性层扮演着核心角色,其薄膜质量直接影响设备的整体效能.提出了一种新颖策略,利用二甲双胍盐酸盐(MET)来辅助晶体生长.具体来说,在有机阳离子溶剂中添加微量的二甲双胍盐酸盐,以此提升钙钛矿的结晶度,进而促成优质钙钛矿薄膜的形成.最后,获得太阳能电池,其最佳光电转换效率为29.39%.

Abstract

In the construction of perovskite solar cells,perovskite active layer plays a central role,and its film quality directly affects the overall efficiency of the device.We propose a novel strategy using metformin hydrochloride(MET)to assist crystal growth.Specifically,we added a trace amount of metformin hydrochloride to an organic cationic solvent to enhance the crystallinity of the perovskite,thereby contributing to the formation of high-quality perovskite films.Finally,we obtained a solar cell with an optimal photoelectric conversion efficiency of 29.39%.
