Research on Perchlorination Phenomenon in Liquid Phase Photochlorination Process of Methyltrichlorosilane
The process flow of liquid-phase chlorination process was briefly introduced,and it was found that unknown substances were produced in the photocatalytic chlorination reactor.Through quantitative and qualitative detection,it was found that the unknown substances were silicon tetrachloride and carbon tetrachloride.By identifying the source of unknown substances through sampling during the distillation process,the decomposition temperature was determined through thermal decomposition analysis of the materials in the distillation kettle.The temperature inside the kettle was reduced by vacuum distillation to avoid product thermal decomposition.
