In order to more accurately detect the content of surfactants in detergent, the application research of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in the detection of surfactants in detergent is proposed.Considering that most of the surfactants used in detergent applications are betaine or oxidized amine substances,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography reagents with betaine and oxidized amine substances as the core have been set up.The U3000 high-performance liquid chromatography instrument, the Japanese New Universe XP-302M electrospray detector, and the Acclaim Surfactant Plus analysis column have been selected as specific testing devices,After setting the test environment temperature and the flow rate of U3000 high-performance liquid chromatography, the chromatographic column was processed according to the gradient of acetonitrile elution. The data that met the linear range was used as the basic parameter for calculating the surfactant content of the detergent, and was input into the regression equation to determine the content of each surfactant. The corresponding detection result error remained stable within 0.015%,The error in the detection of surfactant content in a single category of detergent is stable within 0.003%.
