Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)Analysis of PBBs and PBDEs in Ambient Water Samples and Precision Assessment of These Samples
In order to accurately analyze the content of PBBs and PBDEs in environmental water samples,this study used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for detection.The accuracy and repeatability of the analysis were ensured by optimizing the experimental conditions,including the pretreatment and detection conditions of the samples.Environmental water samples from specific areas were selected as an example for systematic collection,treatment,and analysis.The results show that this method can effectively detect PBBs and PBDEs in water samples with high sensitivity and accuracy.Moreover,case applications demonstrate the potential of the method in practical environmental monitoring,providing a scientific basis for the assessment and management of environmental pollution.This study not only improved the accuracy of PBBs and PBDEs in environmental water samples but also provided effective technical support for relevant environmental monitoring.
