聚丙烯腈在锂离子电池石墨负极黏结剂中的应用研究

黏合剂黏附在电极组件上以保持结构完整性,尽管其含量较低,但在电池中发挥着不可替代的作用.本研究关注在石墨负极应用的新型聚丙烯腈黏接剂,并对其成分进行了分析.首先测试了该黏接剂的电解液稳定性、热稳定性、极片微观形貌及电化学性能,如循环性能和储存性能.与商用黏接剂丁苯橡胶(SBR)和羟甲基纤维素(CMC)进行对比后得出结论,聚丙烯腈的优势不仅包括电解液吸收率低和热性能稳定,而且该黏接剂制备的电极表现出极佳的柔性、黏结强度和电化学性能.甚至在低添加量下,仍能满足商业加工需求,显示出较大的商业应用潜力.
Application Research of Polyacrylonitrile in Graphite Negative Electrode Binder for Lithium-Ion Batteries
Adhesive adheres to electrode components to maintain structural integrity,and although its content is low,it plays an irreplaceable role in batteries.This study focuses on the application of new polyacrylonitrile binders in graphite negative electrodes and analyzes their composition.Firstly,the electrolyte stability,thermal stability,electrode microstructure,and electrochemical performance,such as cycling performance and storage performance,of the adhesive were tested.After comparing with commercial binders such as styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)and hydroxymethyl cellulose(CMC),it can be concluded that the advantages of polyacrylonitrile not only include low electrolyte absorption and stable thermal performance,but also the electrodes prepared with this binder exhibit excellent flexibility,bonding strength,and electrochemical properties.Even at low levels of addition,it can still meet commercial processing needs,demonstrating enormous potential for commercial applications.
