摘要

阳极板的质量好坏在电解金属锰生产过程中直接影响着金属锰的生产成本.随着工业和生产力的不断发展.以人工为主进行阳极板生产的工艺已经落后,需要依靠自动化的工业产线实现阳极板的自动化生产,如何选择适合铅银合金阳极板自动化生产的工艺是实现阳极板自动化生产的主要因素.根据铅银合金阳极板的材质特性结合铅酸电池的生产工艺和汽车加工制造的工艺,主要就如何实现铅银合金阳极板自动化生产进行了简单的阐述.

Abstract

The quality of anode plate directly affects the production cost of electrolytic manganese.With the continuous development of industry and productivity.The technology of anode plate production based on manual work has fallen behind,it needs to rely on automatic industrial production line to realize the automatic production of anode plate,how to choose the suitable technology of lead-silver alloy anode plate is the main factor to realize the automatic production of anode plate.According to the material characteristics of lead-silver alloy anode plate,combined with the production process of lead-acid battery and the process of automobile manufacturing,this paper mainly expounds how to realize the automatic production of lead-silver alloy anode plate.
