摘要

在高密度聚乙烯装置生产运行过程中,离心机经常发生泄漏、振动剧烈等故障,导致设备停机检修,制约装置长周期运行.根据设备运行状态及检修拆解分析,发现泄漏原因为润滑不良、轴瓦磨损、内外转鼓间机械密封失效、主干气密封投用操作不当等.提出了更换轴瓦材质、定期补加润滑脂、定期更换机械密封、规范开停操作等措施,使设备运行周期从以前的3个月增加至14个月.

Abstract

During the production and operation of high-density polyethylene equipment,the centrifuge often experiences malfunctions such as leakage and severe vibration,leading to equipment shutdown for maintenance and restricting the long-term operation of the equipment.Based on the operation status and maintenance disassembly analysis of the equipment,it was found that the causes of the faults were poor lubrication,bearing wear,mechanical seal failure between the inner and outer drums,and improper operation of the main gas seal.Measures such as replacing bearing material,regularly adding lubricating grease,regularly replacing mechanical seals,and standardizing start stop operations have been proposed to increase the operating cycle of the equipment from the previous 3 months to 14 months.
