In order to meet the production requirements of liquefied natural gas(LNG)projects,this paper employs a simulation analysis method.after understanding the types of production units in LNG plants,a steady-state analysis model of the liquefaction process is constructed.By setting constraints and optimizing the composition of the mixed refrigerant in the system simulation,the paper aims to minimize power consumption and achieve the goals of improving liquefaction efficiency and reducing energy consumption in the production process.the simulation analysis results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
