摘要

为满足当前液化天然气工程生产要求,采用模拟分析方法,在了解液化天然气工厂的生产装置类型后,通过构建液化流程稳态分析模型,通过设定约束条件,在系统模拟中确定了混合制冷剂的优化组分.根据模拟分析结果可知,以系统最小功耗为目标函数,通过优化天然气液化流程中的混合制冷剂组分,达到提升液化率以及降低生产工艺能耗的目标,具有可行性.

Abstract

In order to meet the production requirements of liquefied natural gas(LNG)projects,this paper employs a simulation analysis method.after understanding the types of production units in LNG plants,a steady-state analysis model of the liquefaction process is constructed.By setting constraints and optimizing the composition of the mixed refrigerant in the system simulation,the paper aims to minimize power consumption and achieve the goals of improving liquefaction efficiency and reducing energy consumption in the production process.the simulation analysis results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
