摘要

以平煤二矿智能化综放工作面液压支架系统用液为研究对象,应用X射线荧光光谱分析和气相色谱-质谱联用技术对乳化液箱、反冲洗滤芯等部件的污染物进行分析.结果显示,先导滤芯堵塞问题主要由芥酸酰胺和2,2′-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)组成的有机黏附性污染物引起,即由润滑脂混入液压系统和橡胶材料老化脱落所致.结果为制订有效的污染控制和系统维护策略提供了重要依据.

Abstract

Taking the liquid used in the hydraulic support system of intelligent fully mechanized caving face of Pingcoal mine as the research object,x-ray fluorescence spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to analyze the pollutants in the emulsion tank and backwashing filter element.the results show that the blockage problem of the pilot filter is mainly caused by organic adhesive pollutants composed of erucic acid amide and 2,2'-methylene bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butyl phenol),that is,by mixing grease into the hydraulic system and aging rubber material.The results provide an important basis for formulating effective pollution control and system maintenance strategies.
