摘要

化工装备与控制是中国石油大学化学工程与工艺专业和能源化学工程专业学生的必修课,其最大特点是知识点多且不成体系、课程内容与其它专业课联系不大.如果按照从"装备"到"控制"的顺序授课,则其难度由难到易陡降,使学生在学习过程中前期吃力、后期懈怠.为此,优化授课顺序,将从"装备"到"控制"改为从"控制"到"装备",结合工程案例强化各章节内容之间的联系,则授课内容的难度顺序和逻辑联系更为合理,不仅有助于强化学生对本门课程的学习,还可使学生更好地掌握更多的相关工程知识.另外,所提出的逻辑顺序的优化对于分别开设"化工装备"和"化工仪表"的院校在课程安排上也有借鉴意义.

Abstract

Chemical Engineering Equipment and Control is a required course for those who major in chemical engineering&technology and energy chemical engineering.The typical characteristic of this course is that a great number of knowledge points are unsystematic and unrelated to other specialized courses.If following a traditional teaching sequence from equipment to control,the difficulties of the chapters to learn would decrease sharply during studying this course.The corresponding knowledge points that students need to comprehend shift from too hard to too easy consequentially.Therefore,the teaching sequence is optimized and changed from control to equipment.Some useful engineering cases are also introduced to unite the contents of the teaching chapters.As a result,the difficult sequence as well as the logical relation tenders to be more reasonable.In this way,students may master well the knowledge points not only of this course,but also of other related engineering practice.Furthermore,the proposed the optimization of the logical sequence is also benefit to course-arranging for the college/university that separately set Chemical Engineering Equipment and Chemical Engineering Instruments courses.
