摘要

人工智能时代下,科学技术创新推动了化工行业产业结构调整和经济转型升级,给化工装备技术专业学生带来了前所未有的就业挑战.但是,当前该专业在人才培养中存在学生专业知识与专业技能与社会需求有差距、教师的职业技能与人工智能相关产业的需求还有一定的差距等问题.对此,应顺应人工智能发展态势,推动职业院校化工装备技术专业人才培养模式的变革,重视培养适应人工智能发展的技能,从而提高学生的就业能力,为社会输送更加契合时代需求的技术技能人才.

Abstract

In the era of artificial intelligence,the innovation of Science and technology has promoted the industrial structure adjustment and economic transformation and upgrading of chemical industry,and brought the unprecedented employment challenge to the students majoring in chemical equipment technology.However,there is a gap between students professional knowledge and skills and the needs of the society,and there is still a certain gap between the professional skills of teachers and the needs of artificial intelligence-related industries.Therefore,we should follow the development trend of artificial intelligence,promote the reform of the training mode of chemical equipment technology professionals in vocational colleges,attach importance to the training of skills adapted to the development of artificial intelligence,and thus improve the employment ability of students,for the social delivery of more in line with the needs of the times of technical and technical personnel.
