摘要

在世界能源转型加速的大背景下,分别从明确途径、打造范式和落地标准、评价效果出发,围绕顶层设计指导、学科竞赛驱动和科教融合引领,通过内化课程思政、打造一流课程、凝练优秀教材、加强实践教学、优化学科竞赛及推动创新创业等六大手段全面构筑了能源化工类人才"123456"金字塔架构体系,建立了基于实践平台和产科教融合的能源化工类人才创新能力达成途径,形成基于学科竞赛优化驱动的能源化工类人才创新能力达成模式,最终有效实现能源化工类人才创新能力的达成.

Abstract

Against the backdrop of accelerated global energy transformation,this article focuses on clarifying approaches,creating normal form and implementation standards,evaluating effectiveness through top-level design guidance,subject competition driven,and integrated guidance of science and education.six major means,including internalization of ideological and political courses,creating first-class courses,refining excellent textbooks,strengthening practical teaching,optimizing subject competitions,and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,were adopted to comprehensively construct the"123456"pyramid structure system for energy and chemical talents.we have established a pathway for achieving innovative capabilities of energy and chemical talents based on practical platforms and the integration of science and education and formed a pattern for achieving innovative capabilities of energy and chemical talents driven by the optimization of subject competitions to ultimately gain the achievement of innovative capabilities of energy and chemical talents effectively.
