Heavy metal elements in soil samples often exist at trace or even ultra trace levels, and effective pretreatment is needed to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of sample detection. Therefore, this article proposes a pre-treatment method for mercury element samples in soil based on atomic fluorescence method-polytetrafluoroethylene pressure vessel method.Firstly, the collected soil samples are dried and ground to obtain a uniform soil powder.Next, mix the soil sample with an acidic solution and transfer it to a PTFE pressure vessel.By heating and pressurization, mercury elements in soil samples react with acidic solutions and are completely extracted into the solution.Subsequently, the solution in the pressure tank was transferred to the collection bottle through rapid cooling and depressurization. Finally, after appropriate dilution and calibration, the mercury element in the extraction solution was quantitatively analyzed using atomic fluorescence method. The test results indicate that this method has a low detection limit and high accuracy, and has practical application value.
