摘要

土壤样品中的重金属元素往往存在于微量甚至超微量水平,需要进行有效的前处理以提高样品检测的灵敏度和准确性.因此提出了一种基于原子荧光法的土壤中汞元素样品前处理方法——聚四氟乙烯压力罐法.首先,采集的土壤样品经过干燥和研磨处理,得到均匀的土壤粉末.接下来,将土壤样品与酸性溶液进行混合,并转移到聚四氟乙烯压力罐中.通过加热和加压作用,使得土壤样品中的汞元素与酸性溶液发生反应,并被完全萃取到溶液中.随后,通过快速冷却和减压的方式,将压力罐中的溶液转移到收集瓶中.最后,经过适当的稀释和校正,利用原子荧光法对萃取液中的汞元素进行定量分析.测试结果表明,该方法检出限低、准确度高,具有实际应用价值.

Abstract

Heavy metal elements in soil samples often exist at trace or even ultra trace levels,and effective pretreatment is needed to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of sample detection.Therefore,this article proposes a pre-treatment method for mercury element samples in soil based on atomic fluorescence method-polytetrafluoroethylene pressure vessel method.Firstly,the collected soil samples are dried and ground to obtain a uniform soil powder.Next,mix the soil sample with an acidic solution and transfer it to a PTFE pressure vessel.By heating and pressurization,mercury elements in soil samples react with acidic solutions and are completely extracted into the solution.Subsequently,the solution in the pressure tank was transferred to the collection bottle through rapid cooling and depressurization.Finally,after appropriate dilution and calibration,the mercury element in the extraction solution was quantitatively analyzed using atomic fluorescence method.The test results indicate that this method has a low detection limit and high accuracy,and has practical application value.
