摘要

针对硝酸铵分解法生产高纯氧化亚氮过程中水分控制的问题,研究不同设备、不同规格干燥剂对除水效果的影响.研究发现,硝酸铵热分解生产氧化亚氮工艺,冷凝器采用冰水为冷源;干燥器选用13X分子筛+氧化铝吸附剂;可实现高纯氧化亚氮中水分稳定低于0.5×10-6.研究了硝酸铵分解法生产高纯氧化亚氮生产过程中设备配置与干燥剂种类,为高纯氧化亚氮生产提供技术参考.

Abstract

In order to address the issue of water control in the production of high-purity nitrous oxide using ammonium nitrate decomposition method,this study investigates the effects of different equipment and different specifications of desiccants on water removal efficiency.Research has found that the process of producing nitrous oxide through thermal decomposition of ammonium nitrate uses ice water as the cold source for the condenser;The dryer uses 13X molecular sieve+alumina adsorbent;It can achieve stable water content in high-purity nitrous oxide below 0.5×10-6.This study investigated the equipment configuration and desiccant types in the production process of high-purity nitrous oxide using ammonium nitrate decomposition method,providing technical reference for the production of high-purity nitrous oxide.
