The installation and construction of process pipeline in chemical plant is an important part of chemical construction project,and its construction quality is directly related to the safety,stability and efficiency of chemical production.As a link connecting all kinds of chemical equipment and conveying medium,the process pipeline not only has a large number and various diameters,but also requires high quality,strength and tightness.At the same time,the complex layout,narrow space and numerous cross-working in chemical plant also bring many challenges to the installation and construction of process pipelines.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the chemical plant process pipeline installation process,summed up experience and lessons for improving the quality of process pipeline installation,to ensure the safe and smooth operation of chemical production is of great significance.In view of this,from the aspects of construction preparation,pipeline prefabrication,pipeline installation,pressure test leak detection,coating heat preservation,etc.,in order to provide reference for related engineering practice.
