摘要

近年来,石化企业罐区挥发性有机物(VOCs)的排放量持续居高不下,对大气环境的污染问题日益严峻,已成为"打赢蓝天保卫战"的重要任务之一.为了有效控制VOCs排放,企业广泛采用了吸附法、吸收法、膜分离法和冷凝法、销毁法等传统治理技术,部分企业逐步引入低温等离子体技术、生物净化和智能化和数字化监控技术.旨在帮助石化企业VOCs排放治理同时实时优化VOCs排放管理,从而大幅提升治理效率.随着环保政策的加强和技术的不断进步,罐区VOCs的治理正向着更加集成化、智能化和资源化的方向发展,助力环境保护和企业的可持续发展.

Abstract

In recent years,the emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from storage tank areas in petrochemical enterprises have remained high,leading to increasingly severe air pollution and becoming one of the key tasks in the"Blue Sky Protection Campaign."To effectively control VOC emissions,enterprises have widely adopted traditional control technologies such as adsorption,absorption,membrane separation,condensation,and destruction methods.Some companies have gradually introduced advanced technologies,including low-temperature plasma technology,biological purification,as well as intelligent and digital monitoring systems.These aim to help optimize VOC emission management in real-time while improving the overall efficiency of emission control.With the strengthening of environmental regulations and continuous technological advancements,VOC control in storage tank areas is moving towards more integrated,intelligent,and resource-efficient solutions,thereby contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of enterprises.
