According to the characteristics of wastewater from high purity manganese sulfate enterprises,this treatment plan collects and treats manganese wastewater,concentrated brine and alkaline washing water to realize water reuse and zero discharge.The manganese wastewater is mixed with concentrated brine after pre-treatment by"air flotation tank+high efficiency magnetic separation technology",and then treated by"membrane method+evaporation",and the final effluent of the process can reach water quality for industrial boilers.
