摘要
针对天然气计量系统性能评价过程中存在的主要问题,建立了天然气计量系统性能评价体系,包括硬件平台搭建、软件平台开发以及相应的方法、程序等标准文件制定.按照该评价体系实现了对计量器具配置、计量管理、流量及温度和压力测量、物性参数测定的评价,以及对相关测量参数、计算参数以及结算的体积量和能量的不确定度评定,经实践证明符合国家相关标准规范的要求.
Abstract
Aiming at the main problems existing in the performance evaluation process of natural gas metering system,the performance evaluation system of natural gas metering system is established,including hardware platform construction,software platform development and corresponding methods,procedures and other standard documents.According to the evaluation system,the evaluation of measuring instrument configuration,measurement management,flow and temperature and pressure measurement,physical parameter measurement,as well as the uncertainty evaluation of related measurement parameters,calculation parameters and settlement volume and energy are realized.Practice has proved that it meets the requirements of relevant national standards and specifications.
