Removal of Sulfur Dioxide from Exhaust Gas of Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride Production by Double Alkali Method
In the process of producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride by fluorspil-sulfuric acid process,a lot of tail gas is produced.The tail gas usually contains dust,sulfur oxides such as SO2 and fluoride compounds such as hydrogen fluoride and silicon tetrafluoride.Direct discharge will cause pollution to the atmosphere.This paper describes and analyzes the removal of sulfur dioxide from exhaust gas by double alkali method.
