摘要

萤石—硫酸法生产无水氟化氢过程中会产生大量尾气,尾气中通常含有粉尘、SO2等硫氧化物和氟化氢、四氟化硅等氟化物,直接排放会对大气造成污染.针对使用双碱法脱除尾气中的二氧化硫进行描述分析.

Abstract

In the process of producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride by fluorspil-sulfuric acid process,a lot of tail gas is produced.The tail gas usually contains dust,sulfur oxides such as SO2 and fluoride compounds such as hydrogen fluoride and silicon tetrafluoride.Direct discharge will cause pollution to the atmosphere.This paper describes and analyzes the removal of sulfur dioxide from exhaust gas by double alkali method.
