Study on the Application of Natural Gas Energy Metering
With the continuous promotion of China's energy structure transformation and low-carbon development strategy,natural gas consumption continues to grow rapidly.In order to improve the reliability of natural gas supply and expand the scope of gas source procurement,natural gas pipeline network presents a situation of multi-gas source supply.At the same time,according to the"Fair and open Supervision Measures for Oil and Gas Pipeline Network Facilities"issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,energy measurement methods for natural gas use are required.Taking a Shandong operation and maintenance center main line natural gas pipeline of three gas sources as an example,this paper discusses the measurement method of natural gas energy and studies the way to balance and protect the interests of both consumers and producers of natural gas.
