摘要

根据新增乙醇合成装置对氢气和一氧化碳原料的需求,需对现有化工装置所产合成气中氢气和一氧化碳等组分进行分离与提纯,通过对比抽取合成气位置的不同来获得最优的工艺路线.结果表明非变换气深冷分离工艺最为适合现有化工厂中煤气化装置所产合成气中氢气和一氧化碳的分离与提纯,该方案在产品纯度、能耗指标以及投资等方面均为最优.

Abstract

To meet the demand of hydrogen and carbon monoxide by the new ethanol facility to be built in the existing chemical facility,the syngas separation processes are to be simulated and analyzed accordingly to find a best solution.The cryogenic separation process with non-shifted syngas is selected as the best one to separate the syngas from the existing chemical facility considering the product purity,specific energy consumption and capital investment.
