Research on Hazardous Characteristics and Safety Control Technologies of Chemical Processes
This study analyzes the common hazardous characteristics in chemical processes,including flammability,explosiveness,toxicity,and corrosiveness.The quantitative indicators and influencing factors of these characteristics were determined through experimental testing and numerical simulation.On this basis,corresponding security control technologies were proposed,such as intrinsic safety design,process parameter optimization,and multiple protection layers.The results indicate that the use of these technologies significantly improves the safety of chemical processes,reducing the probability of accidents by 85%and potential losses by 70%.The research provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for chemical process safety management.
