浅析余热锅炉炉管泄漏原因与处理

摘要
甲醇深加工装置余热锅炉因炉管与集箱内的角焊缝处出现多次泄漏且漏点数量逐渐增多,通过对四次泄漏情况进行原因分析,发现角焊缝存在于集箱内部是导致炉管频繁泄漏的主要原因.通过对集箱内角焊缝的不饱满情况加强焊接,经过大面积防护处理后泄漏数量随之减少,延长了锅炉的运行周期,有效解决了余热锅炉炉管泄漏问题.
Abstract
Due to the repeated leakage and the number of leakage points.Through the cause analysis of the four leaks,it is found that the corner weld in the collecting box is the main cause of frequent leakage of the furnace pipe.By strengthening the welding of the insufficient corner weld of the collection box,the leakage quantity is reduced after large area protection treatment,which extends the operation cycle of the boiler,and the furnace pipe leakage problem of the waste heat boiler is effectively solved.
