摘要

介绍了一个应用型综合实训项目,本实训以陕北中低温煤焦油中酚类物质的含量测定为载体,涵盖了煤焦油样品制备、样品定性、定量分析全过程.既能让学生了解煤焦油中酚类物质的组成、分布及应用等当前化工行业关注的热点问题,又能让学生熟悉超声波技术、标准曲线法、气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析技术的相关原理及操作,可作为分析检验技术专业学生的综合实训项目,对于培养学生综合素养和分析解决实际问题能力具有积极意义.

Abstract

This paper introduces an applied comprehensive training project.This actual training takes the determination of phenolic content in medium and low temperature coal tar in northern Shaanxi as the carrier,covering the whole process of coal tar sample preparation,sample qualitative and quantitative analysis.Can let students understand the composition of phenols in coal tar,distribution and application of the current chemical industry focus on hot issues,and can let the students familiar with ultrasonic technology,standard curve method,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis technology related principle and operation,can be used as the analysis of inspection technology students comprehensive training project,to cultivate students'comprehensive literacy and analysis ability to solve practical problems has positive significance.
